Ingredients

  • 4 nos chapatis


  • 1 cups boneless chicken piece


  • 1/2 cups cabbage: juliened


  • 1/2 cups carrots: juliened


  • 1/2 cups capsicum:juliened


  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce


  • 2 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp dried oregano


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 cups oil

Directions

  • Marinate chicken pieces by adding red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces, drain and keep aside when done.
  • In a bowl mix together all veggies, little chilli powder, dried oregano, lemon juice and little salt.
  • Now take a chappati, spred the surface with schezwan sauce. Take another chapati and place on top.
  • Place the veggies filling in centre.
  • Add few drops of tomato ketchup.
  • Now place the fried chicken pieces, you can shred the pieces or keep it as it is.
  • Roll it out and serve.
